Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Our Chessboards

Thank you for shopping at Subbora.com. We take pride in the quality of our chessboards and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility:

1.Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a chessboard that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

2. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the chessboard within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

3. Incorrect Orders: If you receive a chessboard different from the one you ordered, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide the correct product or a full refund.

Refund Process:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Subbora@gmail.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photographs (for damaged or incorrect items).

2. After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Pack the chessboard securely and affix the label to the package.

3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition.

4. Refund Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Customized or personalized chessboards are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
